In Barcelona there is a disconnect between the surplus of vacant retail spaces and aspiring entrepreneurs who are seeking suitable locations to pursue their economic activities. This is a noticeable disparity due to the growing demand for entrepreneurs and the considerable amount of unoccupied retail spaces in such a vibrant city. Closing this gab poses a challenge for both property owners and aspiring entrepreneurs.
Problem statement: Entrepreneurs in Barcelona have little access to available spaces to bring their business ideas to life.
