The Ness, a trampoline-based fitness studio in New York, needed a website refresh to better reflect its brand and improve the user experience. The existing site was outdated, difficult to navigate, and did not effectively communicate the energy or uniqueness of the studio’s offerings. Key issues included a cluttered layout, poor mobile responsiveness, and a lack of clear user journeys for class bookings and membership info.

I had to redesign the website to create a modern, intuitive, and visually engaging digital experience that aligns with The Ness’s brand identity. I led the UX and designed the final website for The Ness, delivering a modern and user-friendly experience.
